This Privacy Policy explains how World Inspire LLC (“World Inspire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use Merchant Glance. Merchant Glance is an independent product by World Inspire LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SureCart.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we process:
- Your email address, authentication records, and app account preferences.
- SureCart store credentials that you are authorized to use, submitted over encrypted connections and transferred to managed credential custody.
- For an optional WordPress connection, the site URL, WordPress username, and a dedicated Application Password.
- Support messages and diagnostic details that you choose to send us.
Store and commerce information
After you connect a store, Merchant Glance may retrieve and display store identity, sales totals, orders, products, SKU values, prices, product media, collections, customers, payment summaries, subscriptions, fulfilment state, and related operational history. This information is used to provide the seller features you request.
How the service is operated
- Supabase provides app authentication, tenant-scoped data, and server functions that broker authorized store operations.
- Nango holds managed SureCart and optional WordPress connection credentials. Those provider secrets are not returned to the mobile app.
- Expo supports app delivery, release operations, notifications, and limited usage insights.
- Your connected SureCart and WordPress services process requests you initiate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Notifications and product insights
If you enable paid-order alerts, we process your notification preference, platform, device installation identifier, and Expo push token so a relevant alert can reach your device.
The current release may use Expo Insights for automatic, limited app usage information such as app starts, platform, and app version. It also uses Firebase Analytics for limited, allowlisted feature-usage events. Firebase may receive an app-instance identifier plus device, app-version, and session metadata.
The Share app usage preference starts on for a new installation and can be turned off at any time in Settings. This setting controls Firebase Analytics only; it does not control Expo Insights’ automatic app-start, platform, and app-version information. Merchant Glance does not send merchant, store, customer, order, product, payment, price, currency, URL, free-text, screenshot, or screen-recording data to product analytics. It does not set an analytics user ID, use Apple’s IDFA, enable advertising signals, or automatically report screen names. Merchant Glance does not use analytics data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Sentry is not enabled in the current release.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep stores separated by app account.
- Load dashboards, orders, products, customers, SKU checks, and supported store actions.
- Protect the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and support you.
- Meet legal, security, accounting, and compliance obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and connected-store information while your account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. When you complete in-app account deletion, Merchant Glance removes the app account, managed connection custody, and related account data as described on our Account Deletion page. Limited de-identified security or audit receipts may be retained where needed to prevent fraud, prove system actions, or comply with law.
Your choices
- You can decline notification permission or disable alerts in the app.
- You can turn off Share app usage in Settings.
- You can choose whether to connect WordPress and can disconnect supported connections.
- You can sign out or permanently delete your Merchant Glance account from Settings.
- You can contact us to ask about access, correction, privacy, or deletion.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and server-side credential custody. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Children
Merchant Glance is a business operations service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
