Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Merchant Glance, a mobile seller operations service provided by World Inspire LLC (“World Inspire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Merchant Glance is an independent product by World Inspire LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SureCart.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Authority to connect a store

You may connect only stores, provider accounts, and WordPress sites that you own or are authorized to access. You authorize Merchant Glance to retrieve store information and perform the supported actions that you select. You remain responsible for your store configuration, products, orders, taxes, fulfilment, customer obligations, and provider credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access a store, customer record, or provider account without authorization.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security or tenant boundaries.
• Use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export, sanctions, or other applicable law.
• Upload malicious content or use automation that creates unreasonable service load.

Third-party services

Merchant Glance works with third-party services including Supabase, Nango, Expo, SureCart, WordPress, and Apple. Their products remain governed by their own terms, availability, and policies. We do not control upstream provider changes, outages, account decisions, or merchant data.

Current access and future plans

Merchant Glance may currently be provided without charge. If we later offer a paid plan, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before you agree to purchase. We do not charge you merely because you created a current free account.

Service changes and availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the service. We aim to communicate material changes, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Your data and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You can delete your Merchant Glance app account from Settings. Deletion removes this app’s account and managed connection custody; it does not delete your upstream SureCart account, store, or data.

Intellectual property

Merchant Glance software, design, branding, and original content are owned by World Inspire LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, sublicense, or publicly reproduce them except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The service provides operational information and tools, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, payment-processing, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing data and confirming changes before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Inspire LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, unauthorized account access, or merchant configuration. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your use, we may provide additional notice through the app or another reasonable channel.
